bought new PC two months ago.Got extended warranty.
nave faulty keyboard HP,drove 17 miles Cribbs C!
for help/ PC world.Obstructed by individual who
claims to be top man on duty.Blood pressure up +++
I must organise with HP etc etc.Why?Keyboard virtually invisible to 20/20 vision.Was happy to pay extra for new keyboard,but expected assistance,and
fair deal.I do not want a replacement keyboard from
China of this quality.What is extended warranty for?
Any way cancelled that so save a few quid.At the ripe old age of seventy four,thought no one could make me mad.Pacifist!!!!!! PC World must be the worst company I have ever dealt with.All this aggro over what I assume would cost ex China about one
pound max.Please can someone explain to PCW that
we like fair dealing.The credit crunch is coming soon,and these high and mighty managers will be seeking employment.
