Top Removals moved the contents of our flat from Canary Wharf to Loughton, Essex, and I can elaborate on my 5-star rating for Top Removals with three comments:
1) Pricing and estimate. Original estimate was £900 and even though they had to use some more boxes than estimated, finally got the job done sooner than expected, so we were not charged extra. Overall, they are charging simillar rates to other companies, but in my mind offer more value for money because of the reliability.
2) The foreman was a good communicator, and was mainly the person I had to speak with - and he would then direct his guys. Kept me looped in on the status of the move, explained charges, etc. Because everything was so under his control, I didn't feel like I had to do much.
3) Reliability. Showed up on time, and got out early. They handled our stuff well. Carefully wrapped the fragile items, helped re-pack some boxes, brought extra boxes. You could just tell they wanted to do the job right.
