No problem at all - I was working when the gas safety certificate was booked in for my property but my partner done the booking for me and she was present for the service. She said everything went smooth, the engineer came and went within the hour and it was done, no problem at all. I am leaving a review to say thank you as I was nervous about letting an unknown man into my house but I had good instinct, thanks again.

It has inconvenienced me greatly - The service on my house for my gas safety check went well, although my certificate arrived 2 days late. I needed it to be on time as I had to present it to somebody and I could not do so because your reply was delayed. It has inconvenienced me greatly and I am not happy, but I cannot complain about the service itself.

A friend warned me - I had a brand new cooker installed recently and after that every morning for about 3 days I could smell gas when getting up for work. A friend warned me it could be a fatal situation if not handled properly, so I called Gas Safety Landlords and they sent an engineer out the same day to determine the severity of it. Turns out I had a gas leak coming from the gas hose connected to my hob. I was so scared I had to stay out of the property when I learned the news. The engineer cut off the gas supply and aired out my property through the windows and replaced the gas hose. I was shocked at how it could have happened, the engineer had told me the cooker had been moved before the gas chain was attached and damaged the gas hose in the process causing a minor rip in it, hence the leak and gas smell. I would like to thank you for responding so quickly and keeping the situation calm and controlled and also rectifying the problem without hesitation. Much appreciated and very valued service.

I have a lot of respect for this co - I have a lot of respect for this company! I totally forgot my CP12 needed renewing so I was frantically calling companies as the next day is when it was due to expire. I got through to Gas Safety Landlords and they had an engineer pass my house the same day as he was in the same postcode as my property! I almost asked if it was a joke... Brilliant customer service and response time, professional and pbviously a mood changer. Thanks a lot for your help and time, I will definitely be recommending your services.

Good service and a brilliant compan - Good service and a brilliant company. For my location being on the edge of London is complicated for property services especially as engineers do not wish to travel that far. GSL got an engineer out the next day after booking, he was on time, completed the job nearly instantly and he was gone. I got my certificate 48 hours later and there was no complications. They say if it's too good to be true it probably is right? Not in this case! Cheers.

This company hasn't ceased to amaze - This company hasn't ceased to amaze me since the first service I received for a gas certificate, their service then was exceptional. Now I was making my way to work in the morning around 10 am and I get a call from Gas Safety Landlords. I have been informed my Gas Certificate expires in 2 days and would I like to book in a time to have it renewed. I immediately replied yes and we got it booked in. The fact they called me 2 days before the expiry to inform me it was going to expire is astonishing, I have never had a company treat me with such importance even though they have hundreds of customers a day and i own my own business. I feel respected and valued and I feel like they have my back. Thank you very much for my new gas certificate.

I have recommended you to family me - I never really understand what the engineer's do, I just know what I need done and that's it. Thanks to the engineer though he was here for about half an hour fitting my new cooker and it looks great, works perfectly and most of all it's safe to use. I failed my Gas check I am furious! - I failed my Gas Safety, I am furious! I did not have a safety chain for my cooker, I was not even aware I required one to pass, the engineer was very understanding of my frustration though I must say and he explained that it happens to multiple people and the reason for failing for this reason is because without the chain it's a health and safety risk, risk of the gas hose coming undone and releasing gas into my house. Understandable but I can't say i'm happy with the decision to fail me when I was unaware and not notified of this requirement.

Professional service, affordable. - Gave Gas Safety Landlords a call shortly after I found a build up of soot around my boiler. They sent out an engineer who fully explained the problem. He then fixed it in a safe manner and performed a load of checks to ensure that everything was okay before he left. Will be using them next year for my annual boiler servicing.
