Wanted to thank this company - Wanted to thank this company for being so professional and doing my gas cooker installation, on the day I got the service done the engineer pointed out that the cooker had not come with a safety chain… I wasn't aware of what it was or that I needed one. He told me not to worry and he went and got a spare one from his car, he explained it's purpose and that it is a legal requirement to have one and I would not be able to have the installation without it and there would be an extra charge on top of the service to install it also. I was frustrated, not at Gas Cooker Installers but at my cooker provider, they had sent me a cooker without all the parts in!? ridiculous. I commend the engineer for being prepared and good at his job, behind every great worker is a great business, so well done Gas Cooker Installers! Thank you for my service.

Gas Safety Certificate successful a - Gas Safety Certificate successful and completed! I was due a new CP12 as my previous one expired, using the same provider I requested a renewal and it was arranged for an appointment within 10 minutes. During the appointment, the engineer was quickly done, we shared a beverage and some light conversation and then he was on his way. Customer service was professional and to the point, the engineer was polite and a genuine person. It could not have gone any better. Cheers.

They took over from there... - I needed my new hob to be fitted and installed although I had some troubles with my kitchen surface. The hob's perimeter is a tad larger than the cut out on my surface, I wasn't sure how to handle this, whether I needed a carpenter? So, I gave Gas Cooker Installers a call, I told them my situation and they took over from there. They had an engineer who was previously qualified as a carpenter and they managed to fit me in for an installation on the weekend, charging me a little extra to cut out the appropriate size in my kitchen surface. Because it was the weekend there was also extra charge but not by much and because of the cut out in my surface the difference was more than reasonable. I received excellent service! Thanks.

Very cheap and finished everything - I needed to get a gas safety certificate for my new tenants that were moving in next week, so i called Gas cooker installers, and they booked a time convenient to me and called an hour before the engineer was expected to turn up. On top of that they were very cheap and finished everything to a high standard. I definitely recommend them to anyone.

Nothing comes free nowadays - So I booked in my gas certificate and the engineer was sent out, I explained that i needed my old cooker disconnected on the phone and they told me no problem. They forgot to include that it was free!! Because of my installation at the same place & time, my disconnection was free. Very happy and surprised, nothing comes free nowadays. Cheers.

I can vouch for this company - I am very paranoid about who I let in my house, especially workers as there are a lot of fakes out there. I can vouch for this company as being fully qualified and gas safe registered, the service comes with great and free advice on how to maintain your appliances and keep them safe. I will definitely recommend you - I bought a brand new Smeg Range Cooker that these guys installed for me. The cooker is a rather large and heavy one so moving it about during the installation was a bit of a task but the engineer got it done. Thank you for your help and I will definitely recommend you.

No hassle whatsoever from this comp - No hassle whatsoever from this company, from most of the experiences I have had with gas engineers and electricians I have always had something wrong whether it be lateness or the job itself, it is never smooth. This company is reliable, they do what they say, their staff are exceptional at their job and qualified and informed. The engineer that came to my property was genuinely just a normal guy enjoying life and getting his job done, we need more businesses with this work ethic. Thanks for your help.

I am so pleased - I am so pleased that I got a disconnection for free, after asking the engineer whilst he was doing the disconnection to remind me how much it would be on top of the installation, he replied "nothing". Not good at all.. - The engineer was late, I had a meeting and I informed the office that I would have to leave by a certain time so I did. I then come out of the meeting to a few missed calls so I rang back, they told me I had been charged a call out fee for the engineer coming out but me not being there to meet him! I am very unsatisfied with your customer consideration and even after the engineer was late I was still charged also! Not good at all..

I nearly done it myself! - On Monday I rang 3 different gas companies for a dual fuel cooker installation, they all told me it would be at least 2 days wait. I nearly done it myself, then I found Gas Cooker Installers. The admin team are excellent, they had someone out to me the same day because one of their engineers was near my area. Apparently they have engineers to cover different areas in London. Love this company, I found you just in time and I will be recommending and using you guys again. Thank you very much.

It is enfuriating! - The engineer that was sent to my property for a cooker installation told me I did not have enough space around the circumference of the cooker. I now have been charged a call out fee, I have to pay to get my surface cut and then I have to call again to get it installed once more. It is enfuriating! I am not happy with my service as I could have been alerted before hand.

fast and same day service - After 20 years of having the same cooker, I decided it was time for an upgrade, I ordered my new cooker online and gave gas cooker installers a call on that same day. They were able to book in appointment for the same day my new cooker was being delivered and turned up just as the new cooker was being delivered. The young gent managed to fit my new cooker within 30 an hour and was very helpful. Great service. Have already recommended to a family member.

Efficient, friendly. - Called out Gas Cooker Installers on a monday morning and they originally said that the quickest they could fit me in was on the wednesday. Had a call on the tuesday explaining there was an engineer in the area. He popped by and took care of the job with a friendly and helpful attitude towards it. Didn't cost me an arm and a leg either.
