We offer over 220 pieces of state of the art fitness equipment, including world renowned cyclist, Lance Armstrong's LIVESTRONG spin bikes by Matrix, and vibrating Bodycore functional training platforms.

We also have a fantastic class timetable, which includes a fantastic selection of workshops and classes, such as spin, circuits and abs & toning.
