Mr Moreno not only is a talented trainer with the gift for motivation, but his wealth of experience as a amateur boxer adds great technique to his sessions. (something few trainers actually offer). I went for fitness training and thanks to Carlos developed a keen interest in boxing. Do it!

I use to come to London quite often, and I never fail to book some lessons with Carlos, while being a member for years of an excellent training in Rome: Fiermonte Boxing. Doing training with Carlos means not just improving the art of boxing, including psychological techniques of combat; you can read in his new Home Page: "Moreno Boxing is unlike any other boxing gym in London, in that it teaches boxing not only as a fighting system, but a philosophy built upon years of martial genius"; well, for me, I can assure you that's true. First time I met him, I got five individual lessons; back to Rome my instructors at Fiermonte Boxing could not believe my boxing had improved so much in such a little time (two weeks, and my instructors are respectable professionals). I think, for teenagers, training with Carlos is definitely an educational experience for both their body and spirit; for all the others - I'm 62 years old - it's a lash of pure energy. Highly recommended for everyone.

Ive trained with an array of different boxing coaches and found Carlos to be the most inspiring. I feel this maybe attributed to his experience in the business sector as a management consultant, allowing him to give each individual their own vision in terms of what they want to achieve. Very professional and extremely supportive i recommend this service to anyone wanting not only a boxing trainer but an inspirational leader!

During my time with Carlos at University, I know for sure that he has a very deep understanding of Boxing. I've seen some of his fights, you can tell his technique is impeccable. I know for sure how hard he has trained to get where he is and the love that he has for the sport. Not only that he has taught me a lot while at University. He is very good at explaining where you are going wrong, what you are doing right and you genuinely don't feel embarrassed to ask him even the simplest of questions. Its very rare to find someone who has a real insight into Boxing.

Sessions with Carlos are always incredibly challenging and enjoyable. If you want to learn your technique, who's better than an ex-champion? Carlos knows his technique and fitness information. I'd recommend him to anyone thinking of starting boxing either for competitive reasons, fun or fitness.

Carlos has been teaching me on and off for nearly three years. I chose him because of his excellent technique as a boxer - and if u know boxing, you know great technique is king, it means you dont waste energy - from visiting 5 or 6 gyms in the USA i have been complemented on this technique which all comes from Carlos's training - he's a great motivator, will push you as you need to be pushed and maybe a little more which means you get faster and stronger everyday (this sport isnt about comfort zones) and his love of the sport means anything new he discovers or learns, he teaches you - from some Cuban footwork or some great defensive shell of NYC"s Gleasons gym.

I highly recommend Carlos and Moreno boxing for anyone who wants to learn the real art of pugilism. From someone who is highly skilled, dedicated and very talented. One day i'll be able to land a clean punch on him !

In the course of my professional dancing career, I have found myself involved in many means of cross-training. I've been an avid practitioner of yoga, tai chi, akido, and rock climbing. But I tell you that isn't wasn't till I began training with Carlos Moreno that I found out that I had a great appreciation of and thoroughly could enjoy boxing.

Carlos Moreno is a dedicated, disciplined trainer who pushes his students to always aim for better. He is encouraging, and his personally tailored or 1-1 sessions are demanding.

I have no doubt that Moreno Boxing is the best!
