I was very impressed with the service provided and the knowledge of Daniel. Every corner was turned and a lot of deficiencies were explained and recommendations provided immediately. His report was done very professionally with all photos and details of recommended tasks to be completed. Very helpful info in the report is a list of estimated cost of repair.

If I had to describe Ken's work in one word it would be 'THOROUGH'!You could not ask for a more thorough home inspector. If you get the chance to attend the inspection, Ken explains things to you as you go and points out minor fixes you can do yourself. He then sends an extremely detailed report so you have a reference document to go back to. If you are purchasing a home and looking for a thorough inspection, Ken is your man!!!
