The Fox & Hound is one of a few pubs in London to have been in every edition of the Real Ale Good Beer Guide for the last 26 years. This is a small pub - the only pub in London to still have a Victorian licence, serving wine, beer and cider only as well as a selection of pub dishes.

Foxiest pub, bar none

The Fox and Hound pub is the best in London. No music, no television -- a real neighbourhood local pub. Staff are friendly and interested in getting to know the clientele. Other drinkers are full of fascinating stories and connections to historical neighbourhood events. Very old world, but in the best way. There should be more of these pubs in London. Drawback is no food served on weekends, so I've never eaten there. It's a Young's pub. Check it out. You won't be disappointed.
