I quite like this pub - it's been furnished to look quite modern, withflock wallpaper, big squishy couches and kitch lamps; I think they fancy themselves as a gastro pub but their food isn't quite up to scratch but nevertheless tasty. The service is good - the bar staff very friendly and they serve my favourite tipple at the moment, Sierra Nevada. Sunday quiz is quite fun, and they have a nice outdoors area (with lamp heaters).

The Dev is where it is at! It has a fine selection of ales and a fantastic garden that gets used all year around. The staff are fun and are always coming up with new ideas, such as "pint, pie and a play", sock monkey making and the ever-popular Sunday quiz. The food is consistently 'good', tasty but not incredible. Their recent renovations are tasteful and maintain the original atmosphere.
