A converted tower block of 60s flats. We had a fantastic room at the top looking out over Cardiff. The rooms are basic but very clean and with everything you could want in them. The breakfast was rather a pain as it was help yourself, but there weren't really enough seats - BUT overall reaction is this is certainly worth staying in - AND is very reasonable
