Wonderful caterers - I used Hopes for my wedding buffet and I found them not only to be very friendly and helpful but they do their very best to give you the best spread possible for your budget. After we had re-jigged my original menu I came out with enough money left over from my original budget to get some beautiful chocolate lollipops from them which were perfect as favours. I only wish I had ordered my cake from them as I had already booked it with another supplier and ended up paying nearly twice as much than I would have with Hopes. I can't recommend these ladies enough if you are in Manchester give them a look they really are 5 star>:)
