Replaced water pipes

I decide I needed better water pressure in my house. I got good deal from this company. They put new water pipes outside and inside my house and I have much better water pressure now, when I turn my taps on it is powerful. After they were done they cleaned thoroughly. I am very happy with the job they did and in the near future I plain on putting a wash room in my basement, definitely I will be using them for that job, I like there work!

Water service pipe replacement and

We had this ocmpany replace the private portion of our water service pipe and re-locate our shut-off, which required some additional interior plumbing work from the shut off up to our water heater. They gave us a reasonable quote, and they were able to start the work soon after. There was one slight hiccup in locating the existing pipe connection underground, which meant a few extra hours of work for the crew and a second hole in the lawn, but they resolved it and we were not charged for any additional work. Overall I was very happy with the work and feel that I was dealing with an honest and skilled plumber.

Clogged Toilet

Performed a very quick and thorough repair on a badly clogged toilet on our second floor. Being 10+ years old and "builder quality", the toilet is nearing end of life (rusted bolts inside the tank were pointed out) but the clog is gone, the flapper replaced and flush power increased to help prevent future problems. Until we replace it.

I had a very good experience with this company. The plumbing in my bathroom and kitchen area needed to be repaired with new pipes as there were numerous leaks in the past. The service men that came to do this this job were efficient and quick, and did not leave any mess behind. I highly recommened using this company, and have recommened them to my friends.

pleased with the service

Several years ago we had our kitchen updated and the men took the old refrigerator downstairs to the basement. In doing so, they loosened the railing which has gotten progressively wobblier ever since. It was very tricky to fix because the railing is old, and proper foundations weren't used in the first place. Ben put steel brackets on each prong and fixed it!! His prices are reasonable and we were very pleased with the service. I highly recommend him.

He explained what was wrong, what was needed for repairs and sourced out and got the materials needed for the jobs in a timely manner. He was concientous, polite and respectful of the household environment while doing the repairs, cleaning up afterwards. We will be sure to call for him at a future time.
