No Hassle - I needed a replacement garage door opener, so I called them and they asked a couple questions about the model of the opener and I went to go pick the new opener from them and they were really nice and had it waiting for me. No hassle at all. It also came with instructions as to how to program it (which by the way turned out to be ridiculously easy) but the guy took time to explain it to me anyway.

With Out A Complaint - Part of our garage ceiling had collapsed. This was a nasty job during one of the hottest weeks we've had this summer. It was super nasty work and they never once acted like it was the least uncomfortable. Their team came out and put in the new ceiling, again in stifling heat with out a complaint.

Will use them again - We had two separate plumbing issues within a month of each other. Streatham Builders came quickly and resolved both issues. Each plumber was professional and took the care to do the work right. The cost was extremely reasonable. Will use them again without hesitation.

Low water pressure and plumbing - I am the owner of few properties. I deal with Streatham Builders 3 times. First time in 2003 they did for me water main to fix low water pressure. On second occasion in 2004 they fixed the same problem at another property. And just recently they fixed plumbing problem in my basement. We had smell in the basement so guys from Streatham Builders came and fixed that for us. They always come right away and they do what they suppose to do. Streatham Builders is very reliable and responsible company. Great experience.

Shower faucet install - I got high-end shower faucet and I tried to get a plumber that has the knowledge to install it but with no success. So I called Streatham Builders and they installed it with out a problem and the job was done right, I am happy with there plumbing service.

Exterior House painting - Jeff has doen a great job. Although his quote was in the upper range, it's nice to have a company that knows what they are doing and how to handle many of the problems that may arize from the job. He keeps you informed about when they are coming to do the work, what they are working on and when they will be done. He promised me the work would be completed before the weather prevented any exterior work and he did it!
