Broken hot water lines - Being that our home is over 70 years old we have the old style galvanized water pipes.Some had been changed to copper,however the old sections have deteriorated and burst. Technician arrived very quickly and contained the problem.The next morning they showed up promptly at 8:15am and proceed to re-pipe our bathroom hot water lines.Fast, efficient service. No more leaks!

Installation of Kitchen sink and fa - We were replacing our kitchen sink and faucet, but realised that the new installation would require the services of a plumber, due to some problems with the existing set-up. I called this company in the morning, and they were very quick in sending a technician out within a couple of hours. He finished the job today. He was very thorough and treated our home with care. Everything was left neat and tidy. It was a pleasure to have him working here.

Leaking Shut Off Valve - Called and booked an appointment for Friday AM. Received a call back before the scheduled time that they were backed up with a big problem at another customer which was OK with me because I was working from home that day. Serviceman arrived just about the time they said he would and gave me several options on how to repair the problem. He fixed quickly and explained and pointed out a couple of other things that I could do myself at no or low cost. Very personable and efficient. I would recommend this company to anyone. Thanks!

Replacement of tap in kitchen sink - Very cool to be greeted by the smiling guy you've seen earlier in the day on the this company website! Just as friendly and helpful as you would hope. He diagnosed the problem quickly and not only fixed it well, but provided excellent advice on some other plumbing issues in my house. I love my new tap - and want to thanks for a great service experience!

Installing osmotic filter and ice m - Swift service! Very attentive and helpful. Was very careful with our appliances and did not leave any marks or scratches. Very instructional with how to proceed with our new filtration system, offered a lot of help. Good to know we can get help in the future shall we need it. Highly recommended!

Blocked kitchen sink - Our sink backed up to overflowing, a cause for great concern. I called this company first thing in e morning, and was greeted by a pleasant voice on the other end of the line. Technician arrived at our house the same day, snaked out the drain and told us what was the cause of our problem. Friendly service, and reliable. I would definitely use them again.

install new kitchen faucets set - we moved in to our new house last June and the original faucet had too many problems like leaking and and finish problem,spout did not match the rest of their faucet. We were referred by a friend to this company and they were great.they came in and replaced the faucet and fixed everything in on be shot.Great Job!

2 sink repairs - I have used this company in the past and when we had issues with our sinks, I gave them a call again. The office reconfirmed our appointment and advised me when the Technician would be arriving. He walked me through the plumbing issues and explained the required work. I was given an exact price for the repairs, upfront. The work was completed efficiently and cleanly and the sinks were back up and running in no time.

Drain problem in my kitchen - I called this company around 3pm and they told me somebody will show up at my house between 5pm and 8pm same day. Technician came at 5pm, suggested an action and within 30 min the problem with my drain was fixed. Very professional guy and excellent service! The way he handled the job exceeded my expectations. I will recommend this company for anyone I know who needs plumbing services.

sink plug & plumbing work - Since I used this company more than a year and half ago for the first time, I became a regular customer. The works done for the kitchen facet as well as toilet tank. Inspection and maintenance are done a couple months later without charges. Sink Plug done. Guys from this company are so professional and courtesy. Backed up drain and a slow drain - This was a great experience, from the person who answered the phone to the great plumber that they sent to the house. Replace down pipe drain from 2nd fl - We are totally satisfied with the service, price and professional care we received. This company came the same day we called, showed us what needed to be done and gave us a quote. The workers where friendly and showed us what they where doing at each stage- so we could approve. They came exactly on time and finished when they estimated- left everything clean. Followed up with inspection. Would recommend them to friends and neighbors.

drain work - Flood in basement on the night of the last storm, urgent call to this company, technician there that night to assess the trouble and complete a temporary fix, they and crew there for 2 days - left everything neat and tidy both days, then he back for final check. Replace defective taps and reinstal - After installing a set of taps and sink in my bathroom I had leaks in the taps which I could not resolve. Plumber removed & reinstalled the sink and discovered the taps to be defective. I then purchased new Moen taps and he installed them no leaks!!! He was here for about three hours, and the price was reasonable too!

toilet running and outside tap leak - This is the second time we had this company come in for a plumbing repair. Both times we had the same service man.He was excellent. Diagnosed the problem right away and fixed both issues within an hour. fast, easy and no problems since. we also had a tub drain leaking a couple of years back and that was fixed right away too with no follow up issues. Cleared drain - Worst nightmare. You invite people to stay in your spare room with a private 3 pc bathroom and the toilet doesn't work. The drain is clogged. When the upstairs toilet is flushed their drain floods. Plus no time to fix it. We said goodbye to our lovely guests with the patience of job. I called this company at 5 PM and at 6 PM technician was downstairs and at work. By 7 PM I was paying my invoice. He was quick. Clean. Polite. Informative. This is the second time we've called for assistance from these guys and would recommend them for quick and effective service.

replace part of drain line - The drain from my house was blocked by tree roots, causing flooding in the basement. Another company snaked it, but it blocked again in less than a month. This company came, put the camera down, found the problem and told me the only fix was the replace the pipe. They did that, digging down 9 feet near the water and gas lines and everything is fine now. I like how they allow to submit requests online, and each employee has a business card. They also keep you informed at every stage - very good communication approach.

Great service - Our basement bathroom started leaking so we figured it was a sewer back up. I called this company due to the great reviews on the network and was not dissapointed! excellent - Had water leaking through my ceiling, and I called Smart Plumbing for the diagnosis, after reading reviews about him on homestars. Valentin is an plumbing service expert, and no doubt a man of integrity. He was on time, and diagnosed the problem thoroughly with the least amount of intrusion and was extremely tidy, He not only fixed the problem, but also offered good tips on how to ensure proper maintenance. His charges were very reasonable and his service excellent. If you need plumbing services, I highly recommend Smith for the job.

Great! - Scott did a truly great job. He was on time and quick to find the problem with the leaky pipe. He went out and purchased the pump and came back and installed it without any problems. In addition, he also graciously fixed another pipe that was in sub-optimal condition. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. I would most definitely recommend him to anyone and will certainly call him again if I need plumbing assistance. In addition, he provides a 1 year warranty - so it definitely is a great option!!

Courteous - I was unable to remove an old vanity fixture in the main floor bathroom. despite hours of effort. Found Josh contact through the network. Was delighted at his prompt and courteous response - within an hour of my call, he was at the front door. With the correct tools and his skill as an experienced plumber, Josh had the old fixture removed and the new one in place in about an hour. His price was more than fair and his service exemplary. Would not hesitate to refer him to family and friends!

WOW I am very pleased - I called a week ago - for a plumbler to address leaking laundry taps and seeping toilet (installed 30 years ago.)
