Leaking toilet - After a DIY toilet installation, we noticed a bit of seepage under the toilet. It was persistent and had to be rectified. This company fixed the problem in no time and we're very satisfied.

Frozen radiators - Drain down heati - Serviceman came very promptly at a late hour on Sunday night when we returned from a long weekend only to discover our heat off and rads frozen. He was extremely helpful and drained down the heating system with our garden hose and was careful to protect the carpet from the dirt on the hose. He then recommended that we get a cold heat alert attached to our security system in case this happens again.

Snaking drains and cleaning out clo - We called this company, made an appointment for the next day, received a call to let us know exactly when the Plumber was coming, and he was right on time. He was pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable, and I felt well taken care of by his service and professionalism. I definitely recommend this company and will use them again when needed.

Toilet repair - Tech was very friendly and great at what he does! He took a quick look at my toilet and knew right away what he needed to fix. He also told me that the repair would take at least 1 hour but fortunately he fixed it a lot faster than the expected time. It was also very convenient that he had all the right parts for the repair since I know nothing about purchasing the right parts! The toilet is the only toilet in our apartment so I was very grateful that he arrived within an hour of calling the company.

Electrical repairs and lighting ins - We had this company over to our house twice to repair some electrical issues and install a new outdoor light. They are incredibly customer-centric and extremely good at what they do. They were communicative throughout the entire process, explaining to us what needed to be done and what was the best solution. I would highly recommend them.

Ice maker+water line to our new ref - I was very pleased with their service from the moment I called. The lady in their office was pleasant and friendly. The plumber showed up on time and was able to complete the work in one visit. I was pleased that they had all of the parts on his truck to do this work.

Drain Backup - Clogged drain in basement backed up to the outside breather. The problem was remedied with use of a snake line on the outside breather using K-1500 machine and spade cutter to 45'. Encountered blockage in system. Job well done!
