What a pleasure - I called them to come out and check for termites since I saw a swarm of them on a tree in my backyard. Was I pleasantly surprised that the woman who answered the phone explained termites to me, told me what to look for, and what to do if I see it. She also mentioned that the termite bait tactic is just that a scare tactic. What a pleasure to get a straight answer without spending any money.
