Good service, but high rates - It was really expensive, and that's why I'm docking a star. I would love to hire them to clean our place on a regular, biweekly or monthly basis, but their prices are just too high, especially hearing what colleagues of mine are paying using other cleaners.

prompt service - They ALWAYS answer their phone during business hours and PROMPTLY respond (within 24 hours) to after-hours voicemails. Their cleaners arrive right on time and once they arrive the office guys will give you a call to go over the details to make sure you are comfortable with the service costs (i.e. time, type of cleaning, green products vs. regular products).
