Refused to refund my money!

I took my shoes here for repairs and paid £22 for re-soling. A few weeks later my soles were coming off again, so I returned to the store and requested my money back. The manager refused and abused me, reducing me to tears in front of another customer. I recommend avoiding this store unless you want to get ripped off!
