Wow! What a find! Dashing around looking for somewhere near the Odeon, with one hour to spare pre-show, we popped in here. What a find! Being seated and served by French staff was a great start. Beatiful french bread and butter to warm up the palate, a stunning seafood platter and a gorgeous oeffs de neige dessert and we were out the door in 60mins. Service was fabulous, prompt and professional - I especially loved that they asked, noted, and kept to the time we needed to leave. They are clearly pre- and post-show professionals. Food was fabulous and the restaurant had character and a relaxed atmosphere. I thoroughly recommend when you're next looking for somewhere in the area!

Repas parfait emplis mon ventre

Having lived in the south of France it's very rare that I come across good "repasse payesanne". This place is fantastic. I stumbled upon it on a dark rainy winter's night two years ago and never looked back.

Gratin a l'onion, Steak Tartare, Pomme Allumettes, coq au vin...

Just thinking about this place is making me drool, I literally need a tissue.

Also an utter and total lack of pretension makes this a personal favourite.

If you go on weekdays between 12 and 2 you can get two courses for £15 which is really a deal considering this is worthy of michelin stars.
