If you're a yank or have yanky doodle friends, this is the place to take them. Maggie Jones is what every American pictures England to look like- quaint, dark, old fashioned and historic. The big shocker (and not what every yank expects of blighty) is the food is DELICIOUS! Its high end meat and tatoes but you feel like you're somewhere special. Its perfect on a cold evening, around xmas time or on a hot date because its dark and you can smooch w/out people noticing. Its not cheap but its also not expensive. I'd say about £30 per person. Definiltey one to keep in mind as it gets colder... which is most of the friggin time in this country.
