If like me, you like fish, good restaurants, great service and a wine list to match, well then, J Sheekey is the place.

I discovered this gem through a Councillor friend of mine, having walked past it for years not knowing it was there. Apparently its where most of Islington's big decisions are made over lunch, dinner and supper.

The fish pie is 'to die for', save your pennies in a jar and treat yourself to fish on a Friday, or a Monday - when ever the day and what ever the treat, J Sheekey (the little known sister of the Ivy) is man's best friends dangly bits.
