When it comes to quality underground dance music in all it's manifestations (jazz, hip hop, broken beat, techno and house) If is the place to be.

Run by Jean-Claude, one half of Amalgamation of Soundz and the old manager of Release the Groove (legendary late 90's record shop), this is one of the most welcoming and awe-inspiring music spots in town.

One of the walls is rammed with white label releases, limited edition this and test pressing remix that - however don't be intimidated - whilst Jean-Claude is a fiendish music rogue he is also a gentlemen who will put the weary shopping traveller at ease, ask them a couple of questions and bring forth your new favorite record - there was a time when you could sit with a cup of tea and a fag at the desk and Jean-Claude would regail you with stories from music times past although since the smoking ban this may not happen anymore.

Whatever your taste it is rare that you wouldn't find something you love but have never heard before in this shop.
