Royal Albion Hotel Brighton Reviews

Worst hotel in Brighton - Wow I didn't think hotels like this still existed! It may of been built in 1826 but you'd think they'd changed the sheets since. I stayed there as part of a wedding party - so had no choice, I'd read bad reviews about the place before so I knew that it wouldn't be great but all my fears where founded. Terrible smell of sewage in the lobby. Bed sheets were damp and oily, we had a jazzui, but in the morning - after we'd used it - we found brown / grey sludge in the bottom of the bath - it wasn't us! Who on earth still uses old fashioned wool blankets and not duvets these days?... I could go on.
We paid £125 for the room and this was a discount! - prices noramlly head upwards of £150.
Avoid at all costs.
