7 minute wait - bad service - I can't believe the level of service in that store! I used to be in retail so I know what to expect and must say I was totaly dissapointed.
I stood at the cash desk and waited for about 7 minutes for the guy who was behind the desk to be bothered enough to get off his mobile phone and actualy put my sale through the till. I had already asked a girl who was filling some cards up if she could do it but she said that she wasn't till trained and I'd have to wait for the Manager to come off the phone! When he finaly did he didn't even apologise for keeping me waiting or even bother to smile at me. I am shocked that a Manager can treat his customers in that way and would certainly say to anyone thinking of shopping there "Dont bother, go somewhere else and spend your money somewhere where you will be appreciated!" 21-10-08
