Digusting Service, Shoddy Stock! - Please do not shop here, they are a terrible business! My partner and I bought my engagement ring from here, only to find that by the time we got home one of the diamonds had already fallen out! We called and they were very nice, agreed to repair the ring and pay the postage to and from them, which they are legally required to do by The Sales of Goods Act 1979. Once they received the ring they called and refused to send the ring back unless we pay them! I have never been spoken to so badly in my life, and I have spent the last 20 years working in retail. Went sent letters and they refused to reply, they no longer answer the phone, they are an incredibly dodgy company. We have just started legal proceedings against them and they STILL have my ring! This ordeal has been so stressful, please save yourself the trouble and go to a proper jewellers!! I don't want anyone else out there to go throught what I'm still going through. 04-01-13
