I was delivered a bunch of flowers from my daughter for Mother's Day. During my conversation with her later that day we became somewhat suspicious in that, I hadn't actually received what my daughter had ordered or paid for. I then sent her photographs of the flowers and she sent me a link of the flowers that I should of received - a huge difference in size and obviously price point.
The following day I telephoned Fishlock's the assistant checked the order and said that they had overlooked the fact that my daughter had ordered a large bouquet and that more flowers would get delivered by the next morning. I waited home, no flowers got delivered, so I phoned Fishlock's this time I spoke to the owner - again there was no apology, however, this time his attitude and manner was curt and rude, I then started to address him in the same manner as he address me.
This is the second time I've had this experience with Fishlock's on the other occasion my eldest daughter ordered chocolates with the flowers and I received no chocolates, however, this time my daughter telephoned them and they said they would delivered the chocolates, no chocolates got delivered. We won't be using Fishlock's in the future.

Every time i go past Fishlocks i am tempted to spend more money on my wife, but every time i do i am rewarded by the wonderful quality flowers, excellent service, warm smiles from the staff and even happier smiles from my wife when i get home.
I went to a wedding (Rebecca) recently who had chosen to use Fishlocks for her wedding flowers and the stunning display that greeted us at the church and the reception afterwards was simply amazing. Rebecca told us later how good the staff were to deal with, their attention to detail and delivery of her ideas was absolutely perfect. Having seen the the whole package as an outsider, i was very impressed ! (large cocktail glasses with blue and white flowers).

I have used Fishlocks for a number of years now and have to say that the quality of flowers and service is excellent. I recommended them to a friend who was getting married, Emma (photos are on the blog), and she was absolutely delighted with the service from start to end. She was amazed at the amount of personal care richard and the team put in to create a perfect day.
Not only is the shop a real treasure trove of flowers gifts and amazing belgian chocolates, but the website is one of the best i have used, especially when i am in need of an anniversary or birthday gift for my wife.

I recently hired Fishlocks for all my wedding flowers, mostly based on internet reviews. In the months leading up to the wedding, everything was fine. Communication was good, staff were polite and helpful. I had no reason to think everything would not be perfect on the day. However....
On the wedding day itself, several things went very wrong. The "wand" I had ordered for my 3 yr old flower girl turned out to be a heavy bouquet which she could barely lift. The ribbon bows for pew ends (costing £50) didn't turn up at all at the church.
The pedestal flowers were simply dumped at the back of the church and left for the groom and ushers to arrange for themselves. The worst thing of all was that although the florist had assured me that flowers would be delivered to the house, church and venue between 11 and 12 on the day, when we arrived at the reception venue at 3.30pm with all the guests, Fishlocks had not been at all!
It was very distressing to see no table centrepieces, no pedestals, no long and low arrangement on the top table - when of course on your wedding day you want everything to be perfect. Panicked phone calls followed, and eventually they brought the flowers, so all of my guests had to watch as they were brought in and arranged. That was Saturday...
by the following Tuesday there had been no attempt to contact me to apologise, explain or make reparations. My husband and I went in to the shop, and to be fair the assistant was at that point very apologetic and quickly offered me a refund of all the reception flowers (about 50% of total costs).
We accepted this as a fair compensation (we were happy with the bouquets and the quality of the flowers once they arrived) but of course nothing can really compensate you for the disappointment you feel on the day to be met with such a disaster. I think for me the worst thing was the complete lack of an unsolicited apology.
I certainly would not recommend them to anyone.

As an interior design and decorating company specialising in high end domestic work floral arrangements are vital to creating the required wow factor. Fishlocks are able to work closely with our design team to ensure the perfect finish. Professionally I could not have a better supplier to work with.
Personally they are the fourth emergency service delivering beautifully crafted work at very short notice. When I'm stuck on site and need a happy unbirthday surprise fast these guys are the best by a country mile.

I have used Fishlocks on several occasions over the past 18 months and have always found their flower displays to be excellent both in terms of design and the qulity of the flowers used. I have no hesitation in recommending their services to anyone looking for flowers which truly stand out from the crowd!

Richard is truly a life saver. After forgetting my wedding anniversary ( as you do).
Fishlocks delivered a beautiful flower arrangement to my wife within 30min of receiving the order.
I can't thank you enough for helping me out and saving the day.
Just one thing, could you remind me next year to order the flowers in time?

Talk about getting me out of a sticky situation. I had a major problem with one of my clients, as a small attempt of an apology I asked Fishlock to design a large corporate arrangement for them. Wow, it was amazing and the attention to detail was fantastic. He researched the company and themed the flowers/colours etc to my clients corporate brand. I couldn't of asked for anything more. I am a tricky customer when it comes to things creative as I am a designer, but I could not fault Fishlocks in their creativity and originality. Plus a happy ending... my client was that impressed she didn't shout at me anymore.

im not a guy who does any shopping whatsoever but was recommened fishlocks for my wifes birthday early on in the year.
what a result that was, my wife said it was the best bouquet every received but now we use fishlocks on a regular basis and will always recommend this company to many friends and family.
what wonderful happy people in the shop and nothing seems to be much of a task for them.
