If you want to feel and look healthier, Fitness Exchange offers you the opportunity to work out or treat yourself to a relaxing time as well as offering a range of sport orientated therapies. Each health club is provided with an air conditioned gymnasium and fitness studio. Corporate memberships are welcome. In addition, this particular branch offers a swimming pool and two large fitness studios as well as a poolside sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. There is a cardio theatre gym offering cardio-vascular, resistance and cross-training machines and free weights. They also have a bar and club room to read newspapers or meet friends whilst having something to drink or eat.

Terrible management! I came to London from the US for a job and joined Fitness First on a year membership. My job suddenly ended 3 months later. No one from management would return my "must cancel" calls. I hand-carried in the required paperwork to end the membership understanding there would be a one-month payment still due. No one ever returned my calls/emails acknowledging the receipt of the paperwork. Two months later they are still extracting the monthly payments. (which will be contested, of course.) Beware!
