A bit disappointing

Went there to see a band I like and found it very disappointing. The music was good but the pub was very grubby inside and I wasn't impressed with the service. Was given a couple of dirty glasses and my male friends said the beer was off. We did complain but the staff, I think it was the landlord - he had long weird hair, didn't seem to be bothered. It is a shame because they have a lot of good bands but the dirty feeling and staffs indifference and some of the other people in there put us off from going back there.
