After placing an order for three tubes of pernaton gel and two pots of pernaton capsules on 5/5/2011 and having £48.25 taken from my account on 10/5/2011 these items have never arrived and it seems that staff at this establishment are in need of training in how to answer the telephone. When I finally got to talk to someone, he said that he had a problem getting the stock and would refund me. But still no sign (2/7/2011) of a refund. I would urge people not to use this useless pile of tripe of a business. You will never see your goods or money again.

It is not very often I write an adverse review, but having waited 13 days for a delivery of the White Willow Bark, also, actually spoken on this matter I am really completely disenchanted with this website.
Obviously, purchasing this product was because I was suffering from inflammation connected with arthritis, and White Willow has been advertised as a safe, natural, non chemical product and here we are nearly a fortnight and still no receipt of order.
If this doesn't arrive by tomorrow (Wednesday) I shall be cancelling this order.
