Compared to the Ipswich store, this was a much better experience. The store seemed lighter, at the entrance there were signs on the stairs, one pointing up for DVDs, and the other down for CD (or was it music) The entrance floor had a bit of everything. I can't say anything about the CD floor as I was after a particular DVD, but going up to the DVD floor it didn't take me more than a few moments to find the correct place and the DVD I wanted.
