I use Mister Natural for repairs when airports damage my Antler luggage. I bought one of his own make leather duffle bags years ago which is still going strong, and he did a good job of repairing my badly torn leathers after I took a bit of a tumble, so saving me a few hundred. His is the sort of business that its usually hard to find as he does a surprising range of things besides selling bags and cases.
