Decent Italian food in East London

I went there a couple of times with some friends and quite enjoyed it. You certainly won't get such thin and crispy pizza base anywhere in the area. All of this Strada and Pizza Express stuff doesn't measure up. Friendly staff and modern interior add up to the overall pleasant experience. Highly recommend it.

great service + decor, solid food

I've been here a bunch of times recently and I have to say that everytime the service has been awesome, really friendly and helpful staff.

The first time I came I had some ragu that I was a bit dissappointed with as it tasted like I might have made it, thats not to say it was bad, I can cook, but I like things to taste much better than I can cook usually.

The second time I came I just had coffee and used the free wifi as our office wifi was down - anyway it was great sitting outside in the shade drinking good coffee and having some nice banter with the staff.

The third time I came here we had a party of 10 and they seated us right away on a Friday night - we all had a mix of pizza and pasta (the lasagne I had was lovely) and the wine was good.

I don't think you're gonna get any gastronomical surpises here but its the sort of place that could become a regular haunt.

Oh and it has some of the nicest decor and toilets I've seen in a while.
