I purchased a voucher from Groupon as a birthday present for my best friend. The original offer was to expire in May and she contacted the salon several times but could get no answer. In the meantime Groupon sent an email advising that the offer had been extended to December as the deal had been so popular. When she finally got through to the 'manager' today she was told that the offer had now been withdrawn. As I had purchased the voucher I contacted the salon myself to find out what was going on. The so called manager/owner was extremely abrupt, rude and unprofessional so I am actually glad my friend doesn't have to endure having to spend any time in this woman's company as I'm sure the experience would have been horrid!
