Chorizo Perfection

The king of the much-copied chorizo sandwich. So simple: grilled chorizo, grilled bread, rocket, piquillo peppers, and olive oil. Somehow it all comes together into the most amazing mouthgasm. You can get singles or doubles - I'm a bit of a glutton, admitted, but get two singles if you want more food, because the double is just twice the filling in one bun and it messes up the delicately balanced bread to chorizo ratio.
