You simply can't go wrong with a Sofra "Healthy Meal". It costs less than a tenner and for that you get about 10 different hot and cold mezzes - all healthy, all tasty, and they'll adapt it for veggies, too. Ditch the pitta bread and it's low-carb for those still dabbling with Atkins. I've ordered it in several different Sofra branches and have never been disappointed (although the St John's Wood branch is definitely the best, in my opinion...).
