Poor attitude, service and quality

I have just had 5 A2 prints done by Florida Print. They were full of banding, but when I took them back and asked for a refund, they said no, and offered me new prints in 2 weeks time when they fix their printer. I explained I was not in the area for long, so would prefer a refund unless she wanted to foot the bill for the costly refund. After a lengthy discussion the owner told me I could not have a refund as she did not know what I may have done with the prints after I took them from the store!
So when I say I'm going to small claims court to get my £90 back she says we've dealt with Trading standards before.
Attitude stinks and now I've no prints and £90 down :(
