Maze is an elegant bar and restaurant from the ever-increasing Gordon Ramsay stable, serving highly acclaimed cuisine from protege Jason Atherton. There is a strong emphasis on tasting menus and Tapas style dishes, with novelty high on the agenda. However the quality of the food does not suffer as a consequence - highly recommended.

Yep this is a splurge restaurant, but for a special treat (or when the company expenses are out!), be sure to try out Maze. The concept is that you have lots of small plates to try out (like tapas, but with an English flavour). The food is to die for and its great to be able to try so many great concotions at once. The service is both discreet and friendly and the bar is a lovely place to while away the afternoon - hic! Do try this out, its a great place

This is a great place to come with a group of friends. Modern european food done tapas style - perfect for sharing. Have been three times now, and each time has been excellent. The setting is buzzy, the service is great, and the food is so good you'll want to try everything on the menu - so don't wear anything tight :)

The food's great, the wine list is excellent (we had a Californian Zinfandel from 2001 which was delicious)but the whole experience is just a bit too OTT. If you like your food served with a real flourish, then this is definitely the place to try.

This is my favourite place to go for dinner, Gordon has outdown himself on creating an experince that is fun, enjoyable, creative, alternative and you even get to drink a lot and not have to eat too much to try lots of flavours...I LOVE THIS PLACE!
