I ORDERED A PAIR OF JEANS OFF THIS SITE ON THE 13TH OF JULY 2010 AND STILL HAVE NOT GOT THEM DATED 25TH OF AUG 2010 THE HAVE IGNORED MY EMAILS AND PHONE CALLS TOTAL WASTE OF SPACE I HAVE SINSE CONTACTED TRADING STANDEREDS AND THEY ARE WRITING TO THEM TO TRY AND RESOLVE THIS MATTER OR I AN TAKING THEM TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT

Project clothing stole my money!!

Firstly this store does not even deserve a rating of 1 but the site wont let me give a zero. I made an order from Projects, they originally sent me the wrong order, they did not send it as next day delivery even though i paid extra and then when i returned the goods they did not send me a refund. The worst customer service i have ever received, the staff are generally rude and incompetent and have done nothing to resolve my problem. This is especially the case for Aneel who i am told is supposed to be the manager. He couldnt even be bothered to return my calls and has ultimately stolen my money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP!!!! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!
