Lovely pub but always way too busy

Serves a good pint and the food is really yummy, but its always full of way too many media-types (Google office just around the corner) who think they're too cool for school. Annoyingly you also can't book tables for dinner downstairs only in the resto upstairs...

Great gastropub in Belgravia but close enough for those working in Victoria (me)! I would describe the menu as 'fresh'. Great mixture of meat, fish, vegetarian with different specials each day. I've only eaten at the bar, there is a more formal/expensive restaurant upstairs. Food is light enough to have two courses for lunch. I had a wonderful butternut squash soup which had the sweetness balance just right. Previously the fish cakes were great, with an excellent mash on the side.
