I've been buying from Richard Caplan for years. They used to be in one of the arcades off Piccadilly, I remember.

The staff are exceptionally welcoming and very knowledgable; and the shop is well appointed with new, second hand, original screw and special edition Leicas.

Richard himself is usually around, but the other staff are just as good to deal with.
