Nice neighbourhood pub - The Porchester is a nice neighbourhood pub. I really like the decor, and its roomy enough to never feel like its too crowded inside. The food's good too. They have weekly goings-on like a quiz, art competition, etc etc. so its very much for the locals. The music's soothing after a long day out - mostly familiar stuff that you've heard a million times before but don't really mind hearing again. It's not the cheapest place, that's my only issue, but hey, can't get everything can you! 23-10-08
