Coffee is really poor, even a double cappucino is weak and when I asked nicely if they could make it stronger the staff were very rude. Eventually they gave me a new one and asked sarcastically if it was any better (it wasn't but I said it was fine because I'd resolved never to return) the waitress then nastily said 'it's just the same as the first one'. Never again and I'll make sure all my friends know too (I live locally). For good coffee near here, try the Food Hall on Old St or Taste of Bitter Love on Hackney Rd.

The grocery is my favourite place to do my food shopping, unfortunately it is far from the cheapest place to shop!
It's about the same size as a standard supermarket metro and stocks pretty much everything you'd need - nice organic fruit and veg. Plenty of good cheese and free range meats. Good locally baked bread.
In fact everything here is somehow organic including the toothpaste, deodorant, rice cakes and wine!
They also have a deli/restaurant that's run by the people that used to run the cafe downstairs at Smallfish (record shop round the corner that is sadly closed now) which serves awesome breakfast and lunch.
