Awful customer service, do not go!

Awful customer service! We were told to wait 2 hours for a replacement for our broken down duck! Then when we asked for a refund, unhelpful staff blamed the situation on other people and gave no apology. The staff also left us uninformed for 30 minutes and refused to allow us on the next duck! I will never recommend this tour to anyone! The customer service stinks!

This amphibious tour will definitely put a smile on your face, whether you're a local or a tourist. Not only do they drive you around most of the key culture and tourist attractions in Liverpool and dive into the waters surrounding Albert and Wapping docks but the middle-aged, wise-cracking scouse driver and tour-guides will have you laughing out loud with their good natured p*** taking - not only about the city, but the passengers and themselves too.
