Very hot boys

3.0 out of 5.0

March 18, 2008

Everyone was raving about the boney and as I walked in, I was damned if I could see why. Frankly, it looks beat up and it feels kind of grubby. But boy, did it grow me.

I hadn't been too optimistic about the food, but they sure know how to select and sear a steak. It was perfect. Wasn't too crowded, staff were lovely, and service was really quick.

Oh, and there were lots of lovely looking young men preening at the bar. Note to self: wear make-up next time.

Coldest beer in London

4.0 out of 5.0

The Bonapart (or as we like to call it the Blown Apart) has been completely refurbished into a nice little gastro pub. The new menu has a great mixture of food and sharing plates and the beer and wine selection is excellent. Great pub to hang out and relax and doesn't ever seem to get overcrowded.
