Don't trouble yourself here if you need any help beyond Apple's statutory obligations... Staff at this store unwilling to help with my old Mac even though it was just a few days past the statutory 5 year age cut off for servicing / repair. They did quote a fair price for the repair earlier, but withdrew their offer when I came in to go ahead a few days outside the 5 year limit. I was shocked that they showed no grace whatsoever -- no breach of statutory duty, but their approach to clients is clear: we won't help you, we're only here to sell - buy a new Mac or go away. Most disappointing. I was able to do better elsewhere, however.
