The customer care i received in this store has to be commended. Rather than being made to feel like an inconvenience, the lovely staff went out of their way to find me the perfect dress. I had no idea what i wanted but they instinctively knew what would suit me...they gave me advice and nothing was too much trouble for them...this is how shopping for clothes should be. Well done French Connection....good manners cost nothing and your lovely sales assistants have them all...thank-you.
