Fantastic Shop and Staff

We were put off by this review but after going in we found the staff to be fantastic, we wanted costumes, they ordered them quickly and we got them fast. When one was the wrong size they swapped it with no problem at all and were very quick doing that.

The problem with the last review is probly the manners if you treat people bad they dont help. We have been there now for all our fancy dress stuff and have always got really good service

And they do a discount if you order a lot at once

my sister bought a name cup from this shop which had a broken lid. as it was for a toddler we went back to the shop to return it for a refund. only to be accused by the son of the shop owner of breaking it are selfs. he told us they dont do refunds when it clearly said on the desk the do refunds within 14 days of buying the product. he got really nasty and upset my sister infront of her 1 year old child then had the cheek to call security saying she had done wrong but the security were really nice and said they have had complaints before about this shop. so we have put in another complaint about them its about time this shop was shut down or they sort out there customer service skills. are complaint is the 6th one this shop has had its about time something was done.......
