Purchased a handbag from the store, got home to Derby only to find that the assistant had left the security tag in it - now i have to go all the way back to get it removed - also found that if i had brought the bag on line I would have got myself 20% discount and saved myself £50 ! now got to pay train fare to go back ...... very annoying.
