Cheap and cheerful.

New Look is great for cheap, one or two wear shoes (like for clubbing, when you know you're going to get wasted and break a heel anyway). They come in small sizes (hooray, size threes!) and the price is right.

The clothes, not so much, but occasionally they have cute costume jewelry.
