I have been in to Jespers on three seperate shopping trips and have kind the staff attentive and polite and know their subject.

I would suggest that anyone wanting to buy stationery and fountain pens in particular to make a trip to Jespers

I don't know what problems Elisabeth had, but i found them to be exteremely helpful and accomodating when i used them. A much more personal experience than using WH Smiths.

Everyone who works here is a total jerk.

I hate Jespers. If you can find it at WHSmith, buy it there, don't give these people your money.
